Spacestor, a UK and US based workspace furniture manufacturer, have a long history of supplying some of the most successful and innovative companies with unique workplace environments.

As the Senior R&D Designer, I led the design, development, and testing of Spacestor’s most popular pods and booths - the Portals. The comprehensive range is designed to enhance workplace productivity and privacy for a multitude of end users. They also offer architects and project designers the ability to specify finishes that align with brand identities and building designs.

Each pod is optimised for size, function and user-experience.

Whilst developing the range, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every product met global standards for safety and quality. Key factors such as acoustic performance, air quality, user experience, and cost constraints were measured and improved.
